I never thought I would write a book on Yoga and become a creator of Guided Meditation recordings. Yet after an extreme trauma I began a personal path of healing that changed my life completely! This project is 5 years in the making. I rekt my life. My wife left me and I spent 2 years in solitude, doing yoga and meditating. Then I spent a year in jail for my stupidity - and during that time I wrote a book on trauma recovery via yoga and meditation. Another two years passed as I healed and practiced yoga. From where I stand today, helping others is the next logical step in a long progression of personal transformation. I send you love. You are worthy and you CAN recover - and thrive!
