Exercise Your Body To Calm Your Mind

Break The Loop of Negative Feelings With Exercise and a Guide

Going for a brisk walk, taking a yoga class, riding a bicycle - almost any physical exercise will help battle negative emotions and negative thinking.

First it can distract your mind from dwelling on the present crisis - second, it liberates endorphins... the natural antidepressants that are created within our brains.

Combine some brief exercise with one or more of the sources of good thoughts in our guided meditation playlist - and you are well on your way to finding the path forward from today, and to creating a better tomorrow... for your thoughts affect the actions you will take, and the actions you take produce the results you get.

In later posts, I’ll get into the detail about why I find hot yoga to be the best of all exercise when it comes to overcoming trauma and stress.

The Bigger Truth About Today’s Facts

No matter how factual your crisis is, no matter how real the trauma is, no matter how justified it may seem to dwell on the trouble... the bigger truth is - if you repeat these negative thoughts, it will lead to inappropriate actions, and thus bring undesired results... and even more crisis to suffer from.

The only answer to your trouble

The only solution to your pain

The only path to a brighter future

is to realize that your thoughts now, are creating your future of tomorrow... and to take whatever steps you can to find and hold better feeling thoughts.

A Life Boat While Drowning In Despair

It is difficult to swim through an ocean of stormy water on your own.

In fact, it is not recommended.

Don’t Go It Alone. Find a Guide.

Don't try to deal with depression and despair on your own.

Find a source of help.

This book and the guided meditations we offer may help, I also recommend the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza and you may also consider professional guidance - what ever is your next step on the path to recovery.

The Loop of Negative Feelings

When the mind perceives trauma, it responds with signals and chemicals to the body.

The body has a response to the electrical and chemical signals.

The mind feels the response of the body and selects thoughts that match the feeling... the memory of the trauma is re-lived in the mind, the mind produces chemicals and signals and sends them to the body.

A cycle of suffering is established and it becomes difficult to achieve your goals.
