I want you to know that as you relax and breathe, and focus softly on the words that I offer, you are learning to gently calm your brain waves.
Feel loving-kindness as you soothe the rhythm of your body, enjoy long slow breaths in and out as my words bring you to calm and center.
For the next ten minutes, there is nothing you need to accomplish. Doing something is out of order. Love yourself enough to Just relax and breathe and enjoy.
Your life is supposed to feel good to you, and you are meant to feel happiness in your life, and you are meant to satisfy your dreams.
You are a unique and creative power in the universe, and you have come here with great eagerness and purpose.
You intended to experience, to enjoy, and to create something beyond what it has been before.
you are precisely where you need to be at this moment in time. and your future self is pleased with the steps you are planning.
The success you desire calls more action from you, and the important part that you play will benefit everyone that it touches.
As you relax and breathe deeply, you can sense the appreciation that your future self feels for you in this moment in time.
You feel Appreciation for your physical world and it’s never-ending stream of change.
As you seek to guide yourself to calmly uncover the abundance from within the diversity of today’s changing world.
You jump in eagerly to explore the variety and to enjoy the challenges that life is presenting to you.
Your life can feel good to you, and you have deliberately chosen to soothe your mind to access a more creative view of the world.
The appreciation that your future self feels for you, will wrap you in a warm blanket of worthiness if you allow it.
Your life is serving you well and is providing the ideas for a prosperous future, exactly as you knew it must when you love each step forward.
As you imagine your plans and practice the feeling of satisfaction of a job well done, the next small step will always feel good.
From this feeling of gratitude, things satisfy and delight you. You feel playful toward your future, and you are eager for the unknown.
With every small step toward your goal and each new place you stand, the feeling of satisfaction and encouragement from your future self continues to call you to joyful action.
Your success is gradually expanding, steadily growing, and every step is evidence that you are a creative force in the universe!
well-being is the dominant basis of all success. The universal-law always responds to the emotions we practice as a habit.
Abundance in life is eternally tied to this steady rhythm of well-being at our core. Tune to well-being and abundance must follow.
As you relax and become still, calming your brain waves as you breathe, you will open the door to your subconscious mind.
Be easy about results and feel appreciation as you allow wonderful things to flow naturally from the creative source within.
As you relax into mindful breathing, any stress and chaos will be released.
As you listen to our words and reflect on truths you already know, you will rediscover your natural brainwave patterns of well-being.
Each day, you will find more clarity, more poise, more connection with your meaning. Each day, you will open to enjoying and modeling the success of others.
Your future self is fully aware of every step to your success and feels unspeakable satisfaction for the service you have created and the abundance you have generated.
Your life is supposed to feel good to you, and you are meant to feel happiness in your life, and you are meant to satisfy your dreams.
You are doing extremely well. The well-being that you are seeking is flowing from within you. Relax and enjoy the flow.
Your future self says ‘Feel appreciation for what is and eagerness for what is coming’. There is great love here for you.
For the next few minutes, let the music guide your breath. Allow your subconscious mind to bask in the great love and satisfaction.
Practice this feeling until it becomes a habit in all you do.
